Attention Bloggers: Track Who Is Writing Notes About Your Posts

Just a quick note. Since RSSmeme now pulls in Google Reader notes you can use your personal source page to keep track of who is noting what about your blog posts. I’m not sure that there is any other way out there right now to keep track of this data. Check out Louis Gray’s blog here:

Update

The FeedBurner FeedFlare and widget both now show the number of notes in addition to the number of shares.

The widget links to Reader urls (ie http://www.google.com/reader/view/feed/http://w...) instead of just the rssmeme address. I would think if you are telling people "shared 18 times with 4 notes" if they click on it you would want to read the notes. With the new & improved share method coming you should have all that happening at RSSMeme.

FYI: I added the widget to gReader Comments.

I changed it to link to the RSSmeme link. You are totally right; now that I'm showing the notes as well it should link to the story in RSSmeme. Thanks for adding it to gReader!
